Each row is one hour of the day in your first time zone, and every column shows what the clock reads in another zone at that same moment. Cells marked with a day note fall on the previous or next date there.
The highlighted rows are the hours that sit inside the chosen window everywhere. The window defaults to 09:00–17:00 because that is a common convention, not a universal one — adjust it to match the people you are actually meeting.
